A Full Gut Remodel, Down To The Studs
A dated bathroom taken back to the framing and rebuilt, new plumbing, insulation, and a radiant heated floor, then a subway-tile surround, built-in niche, and a warm wood vanity, documented demo to done.
A remodel is harder than a new build, you're working inside a finished home, around what's already there. This bathroom came out to the studs and was rebuilt from the framing up: new plumbing, insulation, a radiant heated floor, and full waterproofing before a single tile went on the wall.
The finish is clean and warm, white subway tile with a built-in niche and matte-black fixtures, wood-look tile underfoot, and a custom wood vanity below a framed mirror. The whole job was documented, demo to done.
