A remodel is harder than a new build, you're working inside a finished home, around what's already there. This bathroom came out to the studs and was rebuilt from the framing up: new plumbing, insulation, a radiant heated floor, and full waterproofing before a single tile went on the wall.

The finish is clean and warm, white subway tile with a built-in niche and matte-black fixtures, wood-look tile underfoot, and a custom wood vanity below a framed mirror. The whole job was documented, demo to done.

The same standard from the first wall coming down to the last fixture set, the work that moves a home forward without starting over.
