This home is Winter Construction at its fullest: a ground-up build where John is involved at every step, from the foundation to the finish. It was planned closely with the homeowners over a winter and built to a clear scope and schedule, so the timeline stayed honest.
Built for the climate it stands in: careful air sealing, high-performance insulation, and a fresh-air system, made to perform and to last more than a hundred years in the Western Maine mountains.
